Raj A. Malviya practices in the areas of both domestic and international probate and estate planning, and taxation at Miller Johnson in the Grand Rapids, MI office. He specializes in matters related to tax and non-tax planning for US citizens, residents, and nonresidents who have ties to foreign jurisdictions. Mr. Malviya earned his LL.M. in Taxation, with honors, from Northwestern University School of Law, his J.D., with honors, from Valparaiso University School of Law and a B.A. from Hope College. He is recognized by Best Lawyers in America for trusts and estate, in 2016 was honored for “40 under Forty” by the Grand Rapids Business Journal and in 2017 is included in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide coming out in September. Mr. Malviya is active with several professional organizations including the State Bar of Michigan Probate and Estate Planning Council, the American Bar Association Real Property and Trust & Estate Law Section and is a Fellow in the American College of Trust & Estate Council (ACTEC) Young Leaders Program
